We are offering a wide variety of classes for Beginners to Advanced students.

 

Before your Class -

  •  Drink plenty of water
  • Avoid meals 2-3hrs before
  • Be  Perfume/ Cologne Free  
  • Be prepared to sweat

About Our Heated Classes

Bikram (HOt 60 Mins)

 Class consists of a set of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each posture is designed to stretch and strengthen specific muscles, ligaments and joints required for successive postures in the sequence.
The Bikram yoga method stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, by moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring a natural balance to all of the body's systems. Flexibility, core-strength and balance are just some of the benefits that participants can achieve. Not to mention the increased mental clarity and stress reducing benefits that are by-products of the Bikram method.
Bikram's Yoga is practiced in a heated room to  35-41 Celsius (95-105 Fahrenheit) to safely warm the muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper workout, and facilitate the flushing of toxins from the body.

Hot Yoga

 This hot yoga is heated up to 32-38 Celsius (90-100 Fahrenheit) which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. The hot yoga poses work the entire body, promoting detoxification and allowing a deeper stretch into the muscle tissues, ligaments and tendons. Incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility, each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body. If you're timid of the heat, or have any heart conditions try the reduced heat instead until you feel comfortable with the heat.
*All levels, including beginners, are welcome. Options are given during the class to accommodate .

 REDUCED HEAT HATHA YOGA  

Similar to hot yoga, the temperature is set 10 degrees less at 28 degrees Celsius (82 Fahrenheit). This class can be used to prepare you for Hot Yoga classes if you are timid of the heat. The heat will promote detoxification of the body and will allow a deeper stretch into the muscle tissues, ligaments and tendons.

Modo Inspired Hot Yoga

Modo inspired is based from a 42 posture series done in sequence in a heated room. The series is designed for greatest physical benefit and natural flow from posture to posture. The series is challenging yet accessible for all levels from beginner to advanced. Through breath, expression and alignment this class inspires people to connect to and move their bodies with intention.

 

*All levels, including beginners, are welcome. Options are given during the class to accommodate .
